MotorGuide Replacement Props
MotorGuide make the replacement and upgrading of your trolling motor propeller very simple by having a standard size hub of 3 1/2 inches, the exception to this is the Thruster models which have a 3 inch hub.
Note: The aluminium 3 blade Machete propeller is only reccomended for 36V trolling motors.
Motor Guide Props:
Power Prop 2 Blade 3in Part # MGA0476B
Fits any MotorGuide trolling motors with a 3 inch diameter hub (lower unit), and is built for power, thrust and efficiency.
The Power Prop has been in the MotorGuide line up going back to the 736 or an old MotorGuide III.
Motors sold in recent years with this propeller include the T34 sold at Wal-mart, the Thruster T30 and Freshwater FW30.
If you own a MotorGuide and it has a 3” diameter hub (lower unit) this prop will fit your motor.
Power Prop 2 Blade 3 1/2in Part # MGA0495B
Fits any MotorGuide trolling motors with a 3.5 inch diameter hub (lower unit), and is built for power, thrust and efficiency.
The Power Prop has been designed for open water fishing and is made of glass-filled nylon to increase thrust and power.
This prop produces incredible efficiency ratings with MotorGuide 24-volt motors and is an excellent all round open water propeller.
Machete 3 Blade 3 1/2in hub Part # MGA087M
Recommended only for 82 & 109 Digital lower units, the Metal Machete is made out of cast aluminum and provides incredible thrust and long lasting durability.
Used by top professionals, this is MotorGuide’s most durable prop. (Includes propeller, prop pin and prop nut.)

MotorGuide’s standard propeller common on many of the production motors.
The tapered hub design, by Mercury Propellers, makes this prop extremely fast with excellent overall efficiency.
Its weedless performance is very good and it performs on a wide range of motors, including 12, 24 and 36-volt models.

The Hydrilla Hacker 3-blade design (shorter than 2-blade designs) enables it to run in extremely shallow water without cavitation (air running up the trolling motor shaft).
The blades are made out of a tough, durable glass-filled nylon and are positioned on the hub, to push weeds away, keeping them from getting wrapped around the hub.
Each balanced blade starts before the other blade stops, making it practically impossible for a weeds to entrap the hub.
The Hydrilla Hacker has a 3 1/2″ hub which will fit any recent bow mount motor built by MotorGuide. However, MotorGuide recommends the Hydrilla Hacker only be used with MotorGuide 24 and 36-volt Digital, high-torque trolling motors to improve performance and motor longevity.

The Safari is an efficient two-blade prop built on a tapered-hub design that leaves no gap between prop and housing. The combination keeps weeds moving toward the business end of the lower unit where the blades provide cutting function and thrust to throw them clear. The Safari 2-Blade Weedless prop fits all 3.5″ diameter trolling motors, from models with 35 pounds of thrust all the way up to the most powerful 36-volt motors found on high-performance bass boats.
